Which Weapons should i be using for Necromancer / Monk?

One that fits the build you are using. If your main attribute is blood, then most likely a blood staff or wand/focus combo. Individual preference will decide what mods are best, like Attribute +1 (20%) vs +30 health vs 20% fast recharge, etc.
